Chicago R&B disk jockey and blues music buff Big Bill Hill (bottom left) was photographed by George Adins as Hill broadcast none other than Elmore James in the late 1950’s. The legendary guitarist, whose slide skills still astound to this day, was backed by saxophonist J.T. Brown and his cousin, fellow guitarist Homesick James during this radio performance. This is a magical photo from deep within the blues archives.
