We have talked a lot about Danielle Nicole recently, and even reviewed her latest offering, Cry No More right here https://keepingthebluesalive.org/danielle-nicole-cry-no-more/. She is not only one of the very few female bass players but a kick ass blues bassist and singer.

Danielle Nicole holds no punches with her fiery soul drenched blues tone in her band of top-notch musicians including guest appearances by expert guitarists Luther Dickinson of North Mississippi Allstars, Kenny Wayne Sheperd, Walter Trout, and others.

After being in the successful band Trampled Under Foot along with her brothers and being recognized as a standout musician with various awards, Nicole is now making a name for herself in the blues world and as one of the baddest frontwomen out there.

This image of Danielle Nicole was taken by the fabulous photographer of Sixth Man Will Byington on the Keeping The Blues Alive Cruise IV. Nicole was invited as a supporting member and bassist of the North Mississippi Allstars and was seen playing with various groups throughout the incredible week of music on the sea.
Just by looking at this cool pic, you can tell Nicole’s determination, drive, and sassiness, all great ingredients for a confident and successful musician. Don’t blink for one second with this amazing, talented musician because she is constantly on the move!

Already itching for the next blues cruise? Make sure you pre-order your tickets for the KTBA cruise V in 2019 as we set sail to Gran Cayman! Amazing blues acts like Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Walter Trout, and Samantha Fish. You won’t wanna miss out on this one!
