A Fistful Of Mercy For Your Blues
Seattle’s KEXP was visited by the modern-day super-trio that is Fistful of Mercy who stampeded and strummed up a storm with their romper “Father’s Son” back in August of 2010. The country blues and folk rock three-piece, the guitar-driven group is made up of Joseph Arthur, Ben Harper, and Dhani Harrison (and is actually more of a quartet when you consider delightful violinist Jessy Greene). Fistful of Mercy delivered its potent debut album back in late 2010 and has been working on a followup since early 2013. Be sure to stick around after the song for the hilarious banter between Arthur, Harper, and Harrison.
